But fell in love with the Concept II Rower. When I first started hanging out in gyms back in the eighties I tried every piece of BORING cardio equipment on the floor. Ok, here's a shortcut that actually works for me. might be wise to reconsider having a single goal focused on physique aesthetics and train your heart/lungs also, k? cardiovascular / respiratory endurance should at the top of everyone's agenda even though it may not showcase well on the gym floor. either use it or loss it holds true here. Understood but please keep in mind that your heart is by far the most precious muscle in your body. Sorry for the long winded post but you asked and you got it. But does Shortcut to size have enough? Yes I can alter the program but I like to follow programs to a tee so I can see the actual results of the program as it is designed. Shortcut to shred and size both have weight training and cardio.

Looking at all the programs that interest me. I always do a lot of research before committing to anything because I like to keep it realistic and be able to complete my goals. Work, two kids and homework just won't allow time for that. I have considered joining a crossfit gym but I just do not have time for that it would be a waste of money. My goal is not to be too bulky but muscular and cut while still maintaining or exceeding my current level of cardio. I even sold my drum set to by a good set of weights. I'm really into being healthy and in good shape. I was lifting light weights throughout both programs now I'm down to 17% and ready to get more serious. I did 16 weeks of Rushfit and 16 weeks UFCfit to slim down and get cut. I got all that in check and now I look like and feel like a different person.

I have always had good nutrition just my quantities and timing were out of control. I decided to change my eating and lifestyle. Fast forward to December 2012 I was 40 years old and a 224lb 35% body fat mess.

When I was "younger" I spent a good amount of time at the gym and I guess genetics gave me a good body.
